CLC: Training Christian Leaders

Praise God and Pray for:

New CLC "ALL-IN" Groups are forming with the fall of 2019 as their targeted kickoff dates. There are openings for men to join in the North and South Hills of Pittsburgh. Please pray for these Co-Facilitators who are filling the groups and for the new men who will participate in them!

New CLC "NEXT STEPS" Groups are forming with the fall of 2019 as their targeted kickoff dates. CLC "NEXT STEPS" is a one year leadership platform in a small group setting, intentionally designed to go deeper in the process of life transformation. It is designed for groups of five to nine men with one man serving as an Administrative Facilitator. The format is very similiar to the ALL-IN program in that it incorporates Bible Study, memorization, auxilary reading of major Christian authors and interaction among group members during and outside of the weekly meeting.

CLC: Training Christian Leaders

CLC (Christian Leadership Concepts) equips men to be leaders in order to make an impact for God in their home, church, work and community.

Recognizing the need for strong, leadership development among Christian men, CLC is a men’s organization that is committed to training Christian men. Responsibilities at home, in business, in church, or in the community require men to be leaders, and CLC is dedicated to equipping men to provide leadership, based on a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and sound Biblical principles applied to every area of life.
CLC was founded in 1982 by Dr. Hal Hadden. Hal was convinced of two things concerning Christian men:
1)  Men want to be equipped to lead in order to make an impact for God.
2)  Men want to develop some close relationships with other men that go far deeper than most of their day to day acquaintances.
Considering these needs CLC has put together three programs that challenge men to grow in their faith and experience the journey of standing together with other men as they learn to lead together.
The process for CLC follows a model provided by Jesus Christ Himself. He chose a few men, and he invested His life in them over an extended period of time. CLC "ALL IN" groups begin when ten to twelve men, two of whom are co-facilitator / leaders for the group, agree to meet and work together on a curriculum that brings their attention to the areas of life where they need to be challenged and motivated. The CLC "NEXT STEPS" program if for mature followers of Jesus to grow even deeper in their relationship with Jesus and one another.
Groups meet on a weekly basis. These meetings are a combination of curriculum review and relationship building, designed to help men get outside themselves and teaching them to share in the struggles of others as well as their own. Members can expect to be given opportunities to move beyond their comfort zone, spend time studying God's Word, share together in prayer, discuss tough issues, and be challenged and encouraged to develop lasting friendships.
